Based in Seattle and providing signage solutions across the nation, Waypoint is a different kind of sign company. We design, build and install custom signage, but we do it in a friendly, client-centric, budget-conscious and deadline-oriented manner. Simply put, we drive it like we own it.
A partner for the design, development and construction community
Over the years we have developed expertise in delivering just the right signage for specific asset types. We know our lane and we try to stay in it. That said, it’s a pretty wide highway! We are proud to serve design, development and construction teams in the multi-family, commercial office and mixed-use spaces. We have also engaged with the public sector and medical community, supporting developments that provide education, services and gathering places for cities and towns. And, we’ve also had the good fortune to support the work of large scale residential, hospitality and resort developers and operators. Our team is engaged a bit differently on each project, and as such, our clients range from architects to developers to general contractors to owner’s reps.
