Hello!

We’re big fans of Shea Properties.

Our fan status goes back to 2016 when Waypoint Sign Company and Shea Properties teamed up for the first time. Fast forward to 2026 and we’ve collaborated on 7 developments in Washington and California including Bloom (Livermore, CA) and Crescent (Roseville, CA) which are currently in the works.

Shea Properties is a market leader with thoughtful, creative projects that sit at the top of every market the company is active in. As a partner, we get that. And we work diligently to deliver signage that supports the project vision, speaking to the building’s character, brand and audience.

While our work with Shea Properties to date has been on the west coast, we have a national footprint. We thought it might be fun to introduce you to some of our Shea Properties’ work, as well as some of our recent signage endeavors in Colorado with other clients.

Shall we go for a little virtual tour?
