Waypoint Sign Company and Mill Creek Residential Projects

The Waypoint team has been very fortunate to work with Mill Creek on many projects in the Seattle market. We’ve been engaged to provide wayfinding, code, ADA, exterior and marketing signage for the team’s midrise developments. Mill Creek builds differentiated, uniquely branded developments that are leaders in every market that the company works within.

We understand and appreciate Mill Creek’s market position, and as such, work diligently to deliver signage that speaks to the building’s character, brand and audience. Signage can be the code-required numbers and letters on the wall, or signage can be an important element in creating places where people simply want to be. At Waypoint, we believe that signage supports placemaking, and we’re committed to helping the Mill Creek team bring their project stories to life.

Our firm works nationally, and we would love the opportunity to support additional Mill Creek team members with their signage needs. In order to provide a bit of insight into our work for the company, we have included some quick snippets on some of our Mill Creek projects.
