Hello!

Thanks for stopping by! In case you are short on time, we thought we’d pull together a few key points about our company in one quick-to-read page.

Who is Waypoint? We’re a design/build sign company based in Seattle specializing in custom exterior, code, ADA and wayfinding signage for new developments as well as for existing properties seeking a fresh look.

What sectors of real estate are we active in?  Multifamily, mixed-use, student housing, commercial, civic, hospitality and master-planned community developments are our main focus areas, but we love to tackle unusual and complicated projects too!

How are we different? We partner with our clients – always in a creative, client-centric, budget-conscious and deadline-oriented manner. We pride ourselves on being flexible and making things happen.

Simply put, we drive it like we own it. Where shall we go together?

Where does Waypoint currently work?

We’re always excited to add stars to states – check back to see which state comes next!

What kinds of companies do we work with?

We’ve been so fortunate to work with some truly great developers and general contractors across the country. We’d love to see how we can help your team as well!

Shall we check out some projects?
