Colorado Springs is about outdoor living. Fiona, Greystar’s new luxury community celebrates the color and vibrancy of the city’s four seasons and natural environment.

Downtown Colorado Springs enjoys ever-changing vistas of mountain peaks and forests in the background with closer views of curated local shops, restaurants and breweries that line the city’s rapidly evolving streets. In 2024, Greystar’s development division completed Fiona, a 329-unit, 6-story multifamily development that celebrates the multi-dimensional lifestyle of The Springs. The community offers a year-round sanctuary for residents to explore their city, the mountains and beyond. Waypoint provided design, fabrication and installation services for the wayfinding (inclusive of code and ADA signage), as well as the exterior signage for the project. Signage design was inspired by both the logo, with its unusual striped “N” as well as the natural environment elements within the project and the brand. The resulting signage included colorful layers, reflecting the logo, the seasonality of The Springs, and the vibrancy of the community. As a vertically integrated company, Greystar was the developer, the general contractor, and is the property manager of Fiona. Meeks + Partners was the project architect.
