With a mix of multi-family, retail and Class A office space, the Tilt49/AMLI Arc garage needed special wayfinding signage attention.

Waypoint was pleased to work with Touchstone, LLC on their signature mixed-use development in Seattle’s urban core. The project, which included 11 floors of office with 31,000 SF floor plates, a creative pop-up retail lobby and a 41-story residential tower was developed by both Touchstone and residential developer, AMLI. For the commercial portion of the project, Waypoint provided shell and core signage and exterior signage for the 305,000 SF Class A office building, called Tilt49. Environmental graphics that engaged office tenants to “use the stairs” were also a fun and surprising part of the project. Amazon.com is the building’s office tenant and Mortensen was the general contractor.
