Leasing signage that respects the historic building it adorns

Waypoint was engaged to assist Unico Properties in creating marketing and leasing signage for their iconic downtown Seattle property, The Skinner Building. While the Unico team wished to utilize signage to support leasing, they also wanted to be mindful of this historic property’s graceful presence on Fifth Avenue in the heart of downtown Seattle. The classic building was built in 1926. Waypoint’s solution was a clean and elegant retail window signage package that engaged both pedestrians and drivers while not overwhelming the stately building above.
