A luxury high-rise multi-family development
Buckhead is a neighborhood that defines luxury. Wood Partners was committed to excellence at The Huntley (260 units), noting “the utmost consideration has been given to even the smallest of details, bringing renters an apartment community that is unrivaled in the South.” As such, signage was expected to add to the high-end experience, creating ambiance, and supporting resident privacy while providing enough visibility to the community to engage prospective residents. From shifting budget dollars to high-impact unit IDs to creating an understate solution for garage entrance signage, Waypoint developed and executed a simple yet elegant wayfinding package that spoke to the building’s brand. Gilbane Building Company was the construction manager for this project.
