The Emerald development team approached Waypoint within a market that was quickly becoming competitive due to the introduction of several new condominium towers. The team wished to quickly design and install marketing signage to ensure that prospective buyers would consider The Emerald in their thought process. The Waypoint team jumped to assist with a fast turnaround design and installation. The entire process occurred just days prior to the Christmas holiday season, which was of key importance to the developer who wished to ensure that Pike Place Market / downtown Seattle foot traffic would learn about this new 262 unit condominium tower. Waypoint was fortunate to work with the development team of Daniels Development and Create World, as well as the general contractor, Anderson Construction.
