Custom signage for a 370,000 SF Class A office tower

This signature corporate address in Downtown Bellevue is the third building in a development by global commercial office leader, Hines. A 7-story subterranean parking garage sits at the foot of the 370,000 SF, Class A LEED Gold tower. Waypoint was engaged to fabricate and install signage for the project, which was designed to complement, yet evolve from the previous two phases of the development. The design called for challenging 45-degree angles on signage surfaces, something that the CNC team took great care in executing, resulting in a clean, modern look. In addition, the office interiors utilized deco metal walls, requiring an innovative attachment strategy. Waypoint was pleased to fabricate and install this design package from Studio SC.
