Supporting sales efforts with a new sales center and marketing signage

Seabrook is a rapidly growing resort community on the Washington Coast. The development of a commercial/retail town center within the new urbanism, master planned community allowed for a reimagined sales center to support new home sales momentum. The vision for the sales center was a comfortable, homey experience that not only matched the quality and design sensibility of Seabrook’s beautiful homes, but that also told the development’s amazing story through the use of guest-sourced imagery and found objects.

This display showcased the three neighborhoods where homes were available for sale, integrating touch screen technology, found objects, imagery and actual building materials and colors utilized in the homes.

A wall at the entry leverages images from guests, creating a "family photo wall."

Aboards, light pole banners and construction marketing signage helped to support consumer interest.
