Signage that speaks to the mash-up of urban destination living,  a biking mecca and a peaceful natural environment

The Waypoint team is so honored to continue to partner with the thoughtful team at Mill Creek Residential. Modera River Trail, a 233-unit midrise development with 5,020 SF of ground floor retail is a vibrant addition to Downtown Redmond. While Redmond is noted for being a tech hub and home of Microsoft’s main campus, it is also a green, verdant and outdoor-recreational mecca. From the Sammamish River Trail to Marymoor Park to Lake Sammamish, residents at Modera River Trail can enjoy an outdoor Pacific Northwest lifestyle within steps of their kitchen counter. Waypoint was delighted to partner with League of Excellence to create an upscale yet casual and artful signage package for the new development, mixing the building’s “modern industrial” design direction with the natural environment that surrounds the structure. The highly amenitized building (it even includes a karaoke room!) was a fun project for our team who provided wayfinding, code, ADA and exterior signage for the development.  GGLO was the architect for the project.
