Mixed materials and vibrant colors engage the vibe of an emerging neighborhood
Modera Jackson was sold in early 2021 and is now named Bell Jackson Street. Waypoint was pleased to work with the Mill Creek residential team to develop and fabricate wayfinding and code signage for this 160-unit midrise development with 8,400 SF of retail located in Seattle’s quickly changing Central District. Unit ID signage was the focus of the wayfinding package, introducing a sign that leverages a mixture of wood and acrylic materials as well as a “vacant” space that creates visual interest. Vibrant colors were selected as well, with the result being a nod to the vibe of the emerging neighborhood outside the front door.
Mill Creek built the development and NK Architects provided architectural services for the project.
