A multi-family building with a Broadway story

Waypoint was fortunate to work on yet another creative, thoughtful Skotdal Real Estate multi-family development in historic downtown Everett, about one hour north of Seattle. Marquee is a boutique, 77-unit project with a name that ties to its theater-centric story. The theater story provided a fun challenge for our design and fabrication teams, who committed to assist the client in a fast 3-month turn around, from concept to completion. In order to facilitate such a timeline, the client also committed to prompt communication and with excellent coordination, the project was done on-time and on-budget.
