Sales center displays that brought the story of a development to life
Luma was one of the first new condominium projects to come to the Seattle market after the economic downturn. As such, its sales presentation needed to be strong. At the same time, the development and marketing/sales teams felt that it was important for the sales office to be located in the heart of vibrant Capitol Hill, where retail space was exceptionally challenging to find. The result was a small sales office, where displays and interactive elements needed to be thoughtfully created in order to convey the project’s story. Waypoint was delighted to fabricate the various dimensional and printed displays in the office. The Luma sales office was a partnership with Red Propeller and League of Excellence.
