Sophisticated, yet budget-friendly signage supports lakefront living experience

Waypoint was absolutely delighted to continue our partnership with Wood Partners in developing signage for Lake House by Alta, a stunning 299 unit multi-family development in the Dr. Phillips neighborhood of Orlando, Florida. The Florida Wood team desired signage that encompassed the project brand, but that also spoke to these concepts: retreat, resort, nautical and lakefront living. Waypoint delivered a signage package that added to the overall sophisticated yet relaxed vibe of this waterfront community, while being mindful of the client’s tight budget and project timelines. Interior signage leveraged natural wood, and exterior signage included both canopy and wall-mounted illuminated elements. Waypoint was pleased to provide design/build services for the wayfinding, code, ADA and exterior signage for Lake House by Alta. Axiom Architecture was the architect for the project and Wood Partners was the general contractor.
