A multi-family development with two personalities

Juxt is one of Holland Partner Group’s character-filled developments in the exciting South Lake Union neighborhood of downtown Seattle. The midrise development features 361 units, a small amount of ground floor retail and street level units with stoops that activate the sidewalk experience.  Juxt is a building with two personalities, embraces the juxtaposition of innovation and industry, two key elements in the historic, and present growth of South Lake Union. Waypoint was delighted to respond to the building’s ethos with signage design that included modern, crisp signs as well as signage with a more crafted look and feel.  Waypoint provided wayfinding (including code and ADA) signage, exterior signage and marketing signage for this signature South Lake Union development. Holland Partner Group was the developer and GC, and Runberg Architecture Group was the architect.
