Creating a smart signage package for a Seattle workforce housing development
Waypoint was so very pleased to assist the team at Pacific Housing Northwest with their latest project, Colina, a two building development in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. A workforce housing project that provides housing for individuals at a variety of levels of income, Colina is a participant in the city’s Multifamily Property Tax Exemption program. As such, budget was a paramount concern for this developer who is seeking to create comfortable and thoughtful, yet affordable housing. Waypoint delivered a simplified, yet classic wayfinding, code, ADA and exterior signage package that complemented the building while offering an easy turnkey solution. Waypoint also provided marketing signage for this development. Bumgardner was the architect for Colina, and Walsh Construction was the General Contractor.
