Waypoint was delighted to work with Legacy Partners on their distinctive mixed-use/multi-family development, The Bowman. Located on Stone Way in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, The Bowman speaks to both life on adjacent Lake Union, as well as to the experience of living in eclectic, foodie and stylish yet laid back Wallingford. The Bowman offers quintessential Seattle living. Waypoint partnered with League of Excellence on this sign package, providing wayfinding (including code and ADA), exterior and marketing signage. Rutledge Maul Architects designed this 278 unit mid-rise building with five ground floor retail spaces. BN Builders was the general contractor.
