LMC introduced Axle to the Seattle market as an intelligent choice – a 227-unit mid-rise multi-family community that boasted high-tech smart homes and amenities, all set within a building that celebrated the hard-working ethos of the emerging neighborhood that surrounds it. As the building’s marketing notes, Axle was “forged from Interbay’s industrial roots.” So, it only seemed appropriate to develop a signage package that gave a nod to the grit of the changing area while offering a sleek, high-tech luxurious look and feel. Waypoint was absolutely delighted to provide a complete signage solution for Axle, with wayfinding, ADA, code and exterior signage as well as marketing signage to support an aggressive lease-up effort.
