AMLI SLU2 – A mammoth! Multi-family development

AMLI SLU2 (118 units) is a second phase of an extremely successful residential development in Seattle’s competitive South Lake Union neighborhood market. During construction, a mammoth tusk was found. The tusk became an opportunity to tell the story of the development and differentiate it in the minds of the target market. The mammoth even took on a personality with a name: Lulu Lucky. Environmental graphics in the lobby tell Lulu’s story and immediately create a fun and engaging impression with prospects. What other project has a mammoth afterall?  Waypoint was fortunate to work with developer AMLI, architect GGLO, and general contractor, Rafn, on this project.

*Project executed in partnership with League of Excellence.
