Reflecting on the vibe of Portland’s Pearl District

Waypoint was delighted to partner with LMC (Lennar) once again as they introduced their newest Portland development, Amara, a 7-story, 138-unit multi-family development with ground floor retail. Located in the thriving Pearl District, Amara brings a stylish urban energy to this diverse and hip neighborhood. Meant to be a canvas for individual expression and a launching point for creative endeavors, Amara blends seamlessly into the vibrant urban fabric of Portland. The signage package for this development offers a design that is at the same time playful and elegant, a perfect reflection of the Pearl District neighborhood. Ankrom Moisan was the architect for the development and Lennar, as a vertically integrated company, was the general contractor.
