An urban Oakland multi-family development

Wood Partners developed Alta Woodson, a boutique urban midrise multi-family community, with a desire to create a new type of living experience in quickly changing downtown Oakland. The client wanted a signage package that supported the development’s strong brand. At the same time, as the project was of a smaller size (140 units), budget was very important. Our team designed, fabricated and installed a wayfinding package that spoke to the building’s character, blending edge and traditional design while using simplified materials in a creative way to ensure budget compliance for this 7-story development. Pyatok was the architect for the development and Wood Partners was the GC as well as the developer.
