Harbor Hill monument signage creates a strong first impression

Harbor Hill is a new 320 acre master planned community in the Gig Harbor, Washington area. With land developer, Olympic Property Group and home builders including DR Horton, Mainvue and Quadrant Homes, the new development is growing quickly. The development includes a commercial center, apartments, 546 single family lots and open space. Waypoint was engaged to assist the Harbor Hill team with strong monument signage for both the initial entry signage as well as for sub-neighborhood monument signs. The signage employs natural wood and stone, speaking to the verdant environment in the Gig Harbor area, as well as powder coated aluminum letters that will last for years to come.
