A sign package fit for royalty on Seattle’s Crown Hill
What do you get when leafy streets and natural vistas mash up with an urban, walkable neighborhood and high-tech neighbors? No idea? Tavin Apartments of course. Located in Crown Hill, a neighborhood known for its ring of mountain views that are reminiscent of the peaks of a crown, Tavin is Quarterra’s newest Seattle multifamily development. In fact, Tavin is the team’s 11th development in the Seattle market. Waypoint is proud to have been a long-term partner for the Quarterra team!
The Waypoint team drew from the project’s distinctive brand to adorn all 194 units with signage fit for royalty. The brand speaks to the organic nature of the neighborhood with a hand-crafted look and feel, and the signage meshes the brand with the contrasting dark and light colors of the building’s interior. Waypoint provided design, fabrication and installation for wayfinding (inclusive of code and ADA signage) and exterior signage.
A vertically integrated company, Quarterra is Tavin’s developer and GC, CLARK / BARNES is the project architect.
