Let’s check out some Holland project signage first!

Our fan status goes back to 2013 when Waypoint Sign Company and Holland Partner Group teamed up for the first time. Fast forward to 2025 and we’ve collaborated on 11 developments in the Seattle, Portland and Bay Area markets.
Holland is a market leader with thoughtful, creative projects that sit at the top of every market the company is active in. As a partner, we get that. And we work diligently to deliver signage that supports the project vision, speaking to the building’s character, brand and audience.
While the bulk of our work with Holland to date has been in the Seattle area, we have a national footprint. We thought it might be fun to introduce you to some of our Holland work, as well as some of our recent signage endeavors in Colorado with other clients.

While Waypoint hasn’t yet partnered with Holland in Colorado, we are actively engaged in projects in Denver and the surrounding communities. Recent projects include Fiona, a Greystar development in Colorado Springs, Preserve at Mesa Creek for Goodwin Knight in Colorado Springs and Aura at Crossroads for Trinsic Development in Colorado Springs. Alta Mile High in Denver is in process and Alta Piney Creek in Aurora is in the final stages of installation, both for Wood Partners. And last but not least we are working on an additional development in the Boulder area that is in the early stages of development and signage design. A few representative photos are included here for your viewing.
