Supporting the Nike World Headquarters campus expansion with subtly branded signage

Waypoint was delighted to support the Nike World Headquarters campus expansion in 2020. The Beaverton, Oregon based athletic gear company added a substantial new office building, named the Serena Williams Building to honor Nike athlete Serena Williams. Encompassing 1 million square feet, the new structure is the largest building on the vibrant campus and spans three city blocks. Waypoint’s scope included both shell & core and tenant improvement (TI) signage. Stainless steel was a primary material, and subtle nods to both the company and Serena were featured throughout. Skylab was the architect for the development and Hoffman Construction was the general contractor.
