Hue, now an Oakwood suites property, brought a fun, funky and edgy vibe to Dexter Avenue in South Lake Union. The Holland Partner Group development unabashedly introduced a strong, vibrant brand and the signage for the project was no exception. Hue made a statement in the early days of this incredible neighborhood. Waypoint was pleased to work with Holland and to provide wayfinding (including code and ADA) signage, exterior signage and marketing signage for the Hue Apartments development which includes just under 100 units. Holland Partner Group was the developer and general contractor.
