Fast forward to 2025 and we’ve collaborated on 26 Wood Partners’ developments from Orlando, Florida to Washington, D.C. to Alameda, CA and up to Seattle, WA. Signage can be the code-required numbers and letters on the wall, or signage can be an important element in creating places where people simply want to be. We’re in the placemaking camp. And we know that the entire Wood Partners team is too.
While all of your projects have “favorite child” status here at Waypoint, we thought it would be fun to share a few examples!
In the summer of 2025, we saw an opportunity to further support the Wood Partners team. Following a series of conversations with the team, we developed a proprietary signage approach for the attainable Altera platform as well as other Wood Partners’ garden-style communities called the Wood Partners Garden-Style Series. The concept reflects the goals of the Altera product – offering customizable signage templates that simplify the design and fabrication process while still allowing the signs’ look and feel to be responsive to a community’s location and vibe. The amount of staff time required to work through design is significantly reduced, and the package is pre-priced to ensure budget predictability. In other words…it is easy! With budget certainty!
