Let’s check out some Holland project signage first!
These photos represent a sampling of Waypoint signage in Holland’s developments. Each signage package was crafted to fit the development’s unique point-of-view while also meeting its budget.
Our fan status goes back to 2013 when Waypoint Sign Company and Holland Partner Group teamed up for the first time. Fast forward to 2025 and we’ve collaborated on 11 developments in the Seattle, Portland and Bay Area markets.
Holland is a market leader with thoughtful, creative projects that sit at the top of every market the company is active in. As a partner, we get that. And we work diligently to deliver signage that supports the project vision, speaking to the building’s character, brand and audience.
While the bulk of our work with Holland to date has been in the Seattle area, we have a national footprint. We thought it might be fun to introduce you to some of our Holland work, as well as some of our recent signage endeavors in California with other clients.

While Waypoint hasn’t yet partnered with Holland in Southern California, we are actively engaged in projects across the Golden State. For your viewing pleasure, we thought we’d include a sampling of our California work: Hollywood Park for Wilson Meany in Inglewood, MW Lofts for Prominent Development in Pasadena, Alta Merita in Rancho Cucamonga for Wood Partners, The Tolman for MIG in Fremont, 6th & Jackson for Shea Properties in San Jose and a few others!
