At Waypoint Sign Company, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to both design and fabrication. Our team is a collection of highly talented and diverse designers, project managers, production artists and installers, each bringing a unique blend of strategies
and methodologies that allow us to consistently deliver distinctive solutions to each project. We are passionate about what we do, and customer service is our #1 objective.
For 23 years, signs have been an everyday part of my life. I am always figuring out a new product to use or being teased by my family for snapping pics of signs, even when afloat on nautical adventures. Signs are waypoints along a route, helping to inform our daily paths: this way to coffee, that way to parking, stay to starboard and don’t hit that piling. In 2012, with this in mind, Waypoint was born.
Solving challenges is what makes us grow. After all, if you aren't over your head, how do you know how tall you are. Push it! Today is the day to challenge your limits! Tomorrow… I think I’ll be gardening.
After a long career in food & beverage, I was excited to focus my skills on a new industry. I searched high and low for a sign on where to go next…and I found it! From NJ, to DC, to NYC, my journey to find a home has ended here in Seattle. I balance work with hosting parties, gardening, hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, yoga, snuggling on the couch, and being a 12! I am very happy here at Waypoint and hope to bring vitality to the workplace every day.

Tim is a true Seattleite, born and raised. You could also say he was raised in a fabrication shop. You can find his work all over the NW. He can design, create, and guide through a project with true interest and care. Outside of work, you can find him under a VW, surrounded by interesting music, traveling to cool and unusual places, or cruising around with his canine sidekick
A true Seattle barnacle, Tim has been tromping around in the PNW for his entire life and got his design education from UW School of Art. Singing, guitar-ing, tinkering with relic mopeds and VW’s, and taking photos are amongst his favorite pastimes. Hopeful future endeavors include plywood furniture design and interactive dog toys!

After a brief stint on the coast of Washington, Zoe now calls West Seattle home. Much of her time at the office is focused on client, vendor, and employee relations, but she does occasionally squeeze in a quick nap or two. After hours, you will find her focusing on one of her favorite sports, retrieving toys especially if the retrieval involves bodies of water. And when those toys go “squeak,” she is in heaven…
